OpenCodeM Service Agreement

Introduction
Welcome to OpenCodeM, a client application for managing and monitoring your OpenCode instances. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "User") and CODU (the "Company").

OpenCodeM is an offline-first tool designed to facilitate direct connection between your device and your own OpenCode instances. By installing or using OpenCodeM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
I. Service Content
(A) Basic Services
OpenCodeM provides a mobile interface to:
- Manage a list of OpenCode instances (servers).
- Connect to and monitor instance status in real-time.
- Receive notifications and view Live Activities for task status.
- Securely store and sync instance configurations and credentials.
(B) Service Modes
- Offline Mode: By default, all data is stored locally on your device.
- Cloud Synchronization: Optional synchronization of instance data via Apple iCloud and credentials via iCloud Keychain.
II. User Rights and Obligations
(A) User Rights
- Functional Use: You have the right to use all provided features of OpenCodeM to manage your OpenCode instances.
- Data Control: You have full ownership and control over the data entered into the app. You may edit or delete it at any time.
(B) User Obligations
- Legal Use: You agree to use OpenCodeM only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Server Authorization: You represent that you have the legal right and authorization to access and manage any OpenCode instance you add to the application.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your server credentials.
- Third-Party Costs: You are responsible for any costs incurred from third parties while using the app (e.g., internet service provider fees, Apple iCloud storage fees).
III. Intellectual Property
- Company Ownership: OpenCodeM, including its code, design, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of CODU and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor may you modify or create derivative works based on the application.
- User Content: All server addresses, usernames, and passwords provided by you remain your property. CODU does not claim any rights over this information.
IV. Disclaimer
- "As Is" Basis: OpenCodeM is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Connection Issues: CODU is not responsible for any connection failures, data loss, or service interruptions caused by your network, your OpenCode server configuration, or Apple's system services (like iCloud).
- No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
V. Service Changes and Termination
- Updates: We may provide updates to OpenCodeM to add features or fix bugs. We recommend keeping the app updated for the best experience.
- Termination: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the application at any time. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the application and all associated data.
VI. Privacy Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (available in PRIVACY.md) for detailed information on how we handle your data.
VII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
VIII. Agreement Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via an in-app announcement or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
